Children and adolescents

Children and adolescents are under increasing amounts of social, mental and academic pressure with advances in technology and increasing competition. Research shows increased anxiety levels in children aged 4-17. Our organisation offers support to those who are:

Counselling can increase an individual’s self-worth and esteem. It provides clear goals and direction for improvement. It gives the client greater self-awareness, insight and reflection as well as a path for change. Clinical Client Liaison Officer (CCLO)

At All Round Health and Community Care we have a Clinical Client Liaison Officer (CCLO) whom is an advocate for patients their families and caregivers. The CCLO ensures that there is a continuity of care for the patients by assisting with the triaging of clinical care for appointments, assisting with referrals to specialists, communicating with other medical and allied health professionals to ensure that the patient receive a holistic approach to their health and well-being as well as co-ordination and clinical case management within the ARHACC Team.

Improvement of Patient Health Outcomes

  • Conduct preventative/screening procedures; assist with patient education.
  • Co-ordinate patient recall and GP management plans and team care arrangement. 
  • Triage of patient calls in regarding scripts
  • Assistance with paperwork completion with the ARHACC Team
  • Assist with New patient Intake at the clinic
